Surrey Inventory Services is a well established and accredited organisation specialising in independent inventory services to residential landlords, tenants and agents. We provide a full end-to-end property inventory service in line with the Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS), as implemented under legislation in 2007 for the protection of landlords and tenants against disputes over deposits. We are members of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC) and the Property Redress Scheme (PRS)
